Support posts should be secured in order to stop or reduce any movement. A loose post can lead to structural damage

Vegetation such as these growing vines can grow along the outside of the home and damage your siding

Furnaces have a limited life expectancy, and a dirty furnace may not have proper combustion, which can lead to dangerous carbon monoxide emissions

Cracks can allow water to enter a home and damage the interior spaces

Over time, moisture can damage brick and mortar, which causes spalling (broken or flaky brick)

The stress from the weight of a chimney can cause damage over time if unsupported

This type of wiring is no longer used, and is considered a major fire hazard

Downspouts should shed water above ground about 3 feet away from the home. Storm drains may be clogged or broken, and can cause water to backup
